Young Marine to Cut Her Hair for Locks of Love

Rachel Elmore will be eleven years old tomorrow (Saturday) and the next day she plans to have nearly 13 inches of her hair cut off to be given to Locks of Love.  Despite her young age, this is the second time Rachael has donated her hair to Locks of Love.  She did the same thing about a year ago.  Rachael is a Lance Corporal in the Bossier Sheriff's Young Marines program and was an honor graduate of Class 21 in May of last year.  She plans to have her cut at 2:00 Sunday afternoon at the Young Marines headquarters on Ogilvie St. in Bossier City.
