Woman Shot at Olde Salem Village Apartments in South Shreveport

A woman is fighting for her life this morning after a shooting at a south Shreveport apartment complex.

A witness at Olde Salem Village Apartments in the 6700 block of Buncombe Road tells police she heard three gunshots outside her window just before 10:30 last night. She says she saw two men standing near a white Lexus.

The woman, who's believed to be in her early 20's, was reportedly a passenger in the car. She was driven to Blue Ridge Estates a couple of blocks away. Police found her with at least one life-threatening gunshot wound, which hit her lung. No word on her condition this morning.

Police are searching for two black males -- one tall and heavy, and the other short and skinny with a dark complexion and fade haircut.
