Woman Robbed at Circle K at Line & Pierremont

Shreveport police are investigating the armed robbery of a woman at a local convenience store.

The victim told police she was in the parking lot of Circle K at Line and Pierremont, when a male beckoned for her to come over to his car. The victim claims the man pulled a handgun and ordered her to get inside the car, then stole cash and released her a short distance away. The woman wasn't hurt.

Surveillance video from the store captured what's believed to be the vehicle used in the crime. It's a dark-colored sedan of unknown make and model. The driver is described as a light-skinned black male.
