One Arrested and One Wanted in Shreveport Theft Investigation

Shreveport Police have arrested one suspect and are searching for another following an investigation into a theft that occurred back in February.

Donnie Copeland and Kimberly Arbuckle are accused of stealing jewelry from a woman while inside her home. During the investigation, detectives determined that Copeland allegedly stole the jewelry and that Arbuckle later sold the items to a pawn shop.

Detectives located the stolen jewelry, placed the items on hold, and gathered sufficient evidence to obtain arrest warrants for both suspects.

Arbuckle was later located in the custody in DeSoto Parish for an unrelated crime. Copeland remains wanted on four counts of theft.
