An overnight shooting in Shreveport sends two young men to area hospitals.

Just before midnight, Shreveport patrol officers were called to a reported shooting in the 2900 block of Glenwick Street. When they arrived, they found 20-year-old Sebastian Taylor suffering from a single gunshot wound to the upper body. He was taken to University Health, where he's listed in serious but stable condition.

Violent Crimes detectives investigated, and found out Taylor was inside the home, when an argument ensued between him and 21-year-old Jamarion Young. Both men pulled handguns and exchanged gunfire.

Young was shot in the arm, but he wound isn't considered to be life-threatening. He was taken by private vehicle to Willis-Knighton North, then transferred to University Health.

Detectives are still processing evidence in the case, and charges are pending.
