Louisiana State Police have issued a Level II Endangered/Missing Child advisory on behalf of the Shreveport Police Department for 2-year-old Elijah Wong and 7-year-old Donnie Marquis Swon Simmons, who are believed to have been abducted.

Elijah was last seen in the 4500 block of Pro Street in Shreveport. He was abducted at about 9:30 last night. Donnie was taken at around 10:15. He was last seen in the 4000 block of Wallace Street in Shreveport.

Both children were abducted by force by Keith Rogers and the children's biological mother, Antionette Wong. Wong and Rogers are wanted for a violent crime, and are believed to be armed and dangerous. Elijah and Donnie are said to be in imminent danger.

Elijah is a 2-year-old black male with black hair styled in dreadlocks, and brown eyes. He's about 2' tall and weighs 35 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue, yellow and green pajamas and a blue jacket with lime green stripes.

Donnie is a 7-year-old black male, also with black hair styled in dreadlocks and brown eyes. He's about 3'6" tall and 50 pounds. He was last seen wearing red Nike shoes, dark blue jeans, a gray jacket and a red and black shirt.

Antoinette Wong is a 28-year-old black female with black hair and brown eyes, about 5'7" tall and 115 pounds.

Keith Rogers is a 34-year-old black male with black hair and brown eyes, and is about 5'5" tall and 150 pounds. He has a tattoo of a cross on his left cheek.
