Three men have been charged in connection with a shooting that damaged a local residents late last night.

Patrol officers were called to a home in the 7700 block of Babylon Circle just before 10:30 p.m. to reports of shots fired. As they were approaching the house, they saw a silver Dodge Charger speeding away from the area. They tried to pull the car over, but the driver refused to stop.

After a brief pursuit, the driver and two passengers were taken into custody near the 7600 block of Creswell road. The trio was connected to the shots fired incident.

Police say 25-year-old Adrian Williams is charged with flight in a vehicle, 27-year-old Labrodrick Cotton is charged with resisting an officer and on an unrelated fugitive warrant, and 26-year-old Avrom Bigham is charged with illegal use of a weapon from a moving vehicle.

All three were booked into the Shreveport City Jail and the investigation continues.
