The Walking Dead Escape Zombie Obstacle Course in Louisiana

Walkers are coming to Louisiana. The official "The Walking Dead Escape" zombie obstacle course is coming to both Baton Rouge and New Orleans this spring.

The event features different types of courses for participants to run, including a "Survivor" type that lets people simply run around and avoid shambling ghouls - not unlike what they watch on AMC's hit drama. The "Walker" type gives show fans a chance to slip on some face paint and fake blood thanks to a professional makeup artist and lurch around for brains.

The Walking Dead Escape will invade Baton Rouge's River Center April 24 and the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans May 24. Tickets for both are available online at the official Walking Dead Escape website. The event will also hit nearby Houston, Texas.
