That's the headline on a February issue of Time Magazine and I found the article very interesting.  Writer Bobby Ghosh describes the Arab youth of today as a powerful force.  He says this generation has "toppled two dictators and shaken up regimes across the Middle East".  He says these young people are listening to what we would describe as rap.  But this is not the rap our kids in the U.S. are listening to.  This is rap intended to make change in the world.  One song written by the Tunisian rapper known as El General has lyrics he says will bring good to people.  "Mr. President, your people are dying.  People are eating rubbish. Look at what is happening."

The article goes on to say that the protests of 2011 across the Mideast have one thing in common: They come naturally.  Ghosh goes on to site in the article that all of the revolts involving these young people use modern tools, like social networking sites to motivate others.  The primary goals of these young people: to change leaders, end corruption and more opportunities for employment.
