Well, it's finally here; The return of a Shreveport nightlife legend.

After 10 years of being Shreveport's top party destination, Phoenix Underground decided to close their Elevator doors one final time in 2016. Since then, the city of Shreveport has been without a true nightclub options.

That finally changes this weekend, as Phoenix 2.0's grand opening is set for Christmas day. Well, technically Christmas night, as the club will officially open to the general public at 9:00 PM on December 25th.

Personally, I love the grand opening date. What better gift to the city of Shreveport on Christmas than to finally have not only a nightclub again, but one of the most unique and visually-impressive nightclubs in the entire state. I'm telling you right now, you will be blown away when you see this place. Many Shreveporters were given early access during Phoenix 2.0's soft opening on Thursday evening.

The event was not advertised, instead, it was basically invite-only with employees sharing the soft opening information with their social groups. The event was a massive success, showing off months and months of hard work that turned the venue at 400 Commerce into something truly special.

One of the guests who made their way into the club during their soft opening was photographer FedePhoto. He managed to take a nice collection of pictures giving Shreveport their first real glimpse into Phoenix 2.0. You can check out the entire gallery below!

One again, Phoenix 2.0 will be officially open to the general public on Christmas night, with their doors opening at 9:00 PM.
