On July 29th at approximately 3:45 p.m., Shreveport Police officers responded to the 900 block of Whispering Lake Drive regarding what was initially reported as a hit-and-run accident.

The incident occurred on November 14th, when Waller was accused of intentionally striking his neighbor with a vehicle amid a heated disagreement.

Deputies were dispatched to Keithville Elementary Middle School after the school reported a parent was acting erratically.
