Shreveporter Sentenced in Investment Scheme
A Shreveport man has been sentenced in an investment scheme. The Caddo Sheriff's Office says 49-year-old Stanley Mangham pled guilty in April to theft of the assets of an aged or disabled person after a Sheriff's Office investigation.
