After a couple of weeks of whining and complaining, I can report some good news this morning about the lights on I-20. All of the lights on the WB side of the freeway between Greenwood Road and Jewella have been out for a couple of months.

It's frustrating to be the pest on this subject, but I guess someone has to do it. For weeks, all of the street lights on I-20 between Greenwood and Jewella have been out.

After a couple of weeks of complaining about the lights being out on I-20, the city told me the lights were fixed. But I did another check and the lights are still out.

Burned out street lights is one of my biggest pet peeves and Shreveport seems to have a big problem keeping the lights on.

I've been griping about street lights being out all around town.
