Agents with the Caddo-Shreveport Narcotics Unit, with a little help from a Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office K-9, have taken a substantial amount of narcotics off of the streets.  Caddo Parish Sheriff Steve Prator and Shreveport Police Chief Willie Shaw are pleased to announce that 13 ounces of powder cocaine are secured in an evidence locker instead of being sold out on the streets of our parish.   R
