A local man wins a big prize. The Louisiana Lottery Corporation says Jeremy Small of Shreveport won a $100,000 prize from a "Fire & Ice" scratch-off ticket. He bought the ticket at Murphy USA on Airline Drive in Bossier City. The 31-year-old says he plans to celebrate his good fortune with his family.
