When most stores reported their alcohol sales ahead of Barry, they were flat or slightly up, except in Cameron Parish.

Taking a direct hit appears to indicate that Caddo and Bossier Parishes will see the biggest impacts of the storm coming in the form of wind.

Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards has issued a State of Emergency in preparation for the storm

Their current model shows the storm arriving in the Ark-La-Tex between Sunday and Monday.
