The High Roller Ferris Wheel, part of the $550-million entertainment district called The Linq, opened a few weeks ago on the strip in Las Vegas. Will Shreveport-Bossier's casino industry take a nod from their big brothers in Sin City for non-gaming entertainment concepts?
