Shreveport police have arrested a local man in connection with a weekend shooting that left another man wounded.

Authorities have arrested a local man in connection with a weekend shooting in Shreveport’s Cedar Grove neighborhood. Investigators have charged 25 year old Donovan R. Samuel, of the 200 block of West 74th Street in Shreveport, with one count of attempted second degree murder for his alleged role in the shooting of 26 year old Marcus Kellum back on May 18, 2012 in the 300 block of West 77th Street
