Bells Will Be Ringing
Bells will be ringing this weekend! International dignitaries will be visiting St. Mark's Cathedral, host of this year's Southern Cross Ringing Festival and Competition. This year's event is named for Miss Marie Cross, a member of the Oxford Diocesan Guild of Church Bell Ringers, whose dedicated instruction at towers in Texarkana, Little Rock and Houston created a lasting legacy in this region...
