A Bossier City teenager who tried unsuccessfully to throw investigators off his trail has been arrested in connection with multiple vehicle burglaries. 17-year old William Frank Bias of Bossier City faces burglary charges after detectives with the Property Crimes Unit arrested him for committing several vehicle break ins in the Plantation Trace subdivision in south Bossier City on May 25 and 26.

A Shreveport Police patrol officer has arrested a local man for breaking into a vehicle.  At approximately 3:10 a.m. on May 1, 2011, Shreveport Police Officer James Tilley was on routine patrol in the 6000 block of Line Avenue when he observed 18 year old Jerron Bell riding a bicycle there carrying two bags over his shoulder.
