The Krewe of Centaur will present its XXII royal court at this year’s Midway to Mardi Gras Coronation Party on August 11, 2012, at Shreveport’s Riverview Hall on Clyde Fant Parkway.

The Missouri Tigers will face the North Carolina Tar Heels in the 2011 AdvoCare V100 Independence Bowl on Monday, Dec. 26 at 4 p.m. on ESPN2 at Independence Stadium, it was announced on Sunday.
