CHRISTUS Health Shreveport-Bossier and the Northwest Louisiana American Heart Association are sponsoring the 2014 Go Red Luncheon, set for Thursday, February 6th at Horseshoe Casino. The luncheon is a part of the "Go Red For Women" movement, an initiative sponsored by AHA.

The Shreveport Fire Department’s “Golden Hour”
Tomorrow will be a busy one for Shreveport firefighters. Not only will they be installing smoke detectors in the MLK area, they'll also participate in the American Heart Association's Annual "Golden Hour." The fundraiser runs from 11 a.m. until noon, with firefighters positioned at major intersections throughout the city collecting money for the cause...
