Stand-off in Caddo Parish Ends Peacefully

A stand-off on Ridgehaven ends with the suspect's surrender.

Caddo Sheriff's spokeswoman Cindy Chadwick tells KEEL News a man went to the 300 block of Flournoy Lucas at around 10 this morning and fired shots at someone. Then he got into his car, firing more shots. Nobody was hit.

The suspect left and went to his house in the 11000 block of Ridgehaven and refused to come out. The sheriff's office's Special Response Team was called out, and the man surrendered to authorities at around 1 p.m.
