After months and months of planning and renovation construction, Cordish Companies finally held their grand opening ceremonies for Bossier's newest casino, hotel and entertainment complex, Live! Casino and Hotel Louisiana.

Cordish Companies Bringing Their Massively Successful Live! Entertainment Concept to Bossier City

This is exciting news for Bossier City because this is not a new concept for Cordish Companies. They have had massive success with the Live! Entertainment District concept in markets all across the country.

You might already be familiar with their property in Arlington Texas, Texas Live!. Cordish established a successful relationship with the Texas Rangers and developed a $250 million complex featuring world-class dining, live entertainment, and a hospitality district located between the Texas Rangers' Globe Life Park and the Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

They've also replicated that success in many other markets including Kansas City Live! in... well... Kansas City. Power Plant Live! in Baltimore, Fourth Street Live! in Louisville, Kentucky, Live! at the Battery in Atlanta, Georgia, just to name a few.

So the fact that they thought the Bossier City/Shreveport market was worth investing over $270 million is exciting news for Bossier City and Shreveport.

The new Bossier City complex features over 47,000 square feet of gaming space, a 550-room resort style hotel, a 25,000 square-foot event center, 30,000 square-feet of dining and entertainment venues, and even a 31 site RV park.

And they're not wasting any time bringing big name entertainment to the Bossier City/Shreveport market. Tickets are already on sale for shows by Walker Hayes, The Commodores, Matt Mathews, and Clint Black. And that's just the first two months.
