Callers told SPD that two women were in a heated argument outside of an apartment building on the property. One caller told dispatch that the women were sisters.

During the fight a woman now identified as Karezma Robinson allegedly grabbed a gun and used it to break out an apartment window. The woman Robinson was fighting with, Princheuna Morris, was trying to stop Robinson from causing any more destruction and it was reported that Robinson fired the handgun in Morris' direction.

When Robinson tried to leave the scene, Morris then got her own gun and shot in Robinson's direction. Thankfully nobody was hurt during the shooting, although both women had minor injuries because of a physical fight

Morris was arrested for illegal use of a firearm, and Robinson was arrested for one count of criminal property damage and one count of illegal use of a firearm.

From SPD:

"The Shreveport Police Department urges residents to report any violent disputes immediately and reminds the community that conflicts should never escalate to violence."
