SHREVEPORT, LA    Woman Arrested During Violent Domestic Disturbance

On June 20, 2024, at approximately 6:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 3100 block of Cedar Creek Drive. Upon arrival, officers heard multiple individuals yelling at each other.

The officers quickly intervened and were able to de-escalate the chaotic scene. Through their investigation, they determined that 24-year-old Airrylle Hunt had threatened a household member with a knife during the dispute. Hunt was subsequently arrested and charged with domestic abuse with child endangerment, and one count of domestic abuse battery with a dangerous weapon.

Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident.

Suspects are innocent until proven guilty
