Shreveport Police Seeking Suspects in Weekend Shooting

On Saturday Shreveport Police were called out to an apartment complex on Peach Street to reports of a shooting.

When SPD got to the complex they were told there had been a large gathering outside of the complex when an unknown person stared firing shots.

Police found one person suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, who was transported by SFD to the hospital. Another victim arrived at the hospital by private car, also suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Both victims are in stable condition with non-life-threatening wounds.

SPD's Violent Crime Unit went to the hospital immediately to interview the victims. One victim told Police that a dark-colored SUV pulled up to the gathering and a person inside the SUV began shooting. The other victim was uncooperative with Police and refused to give any information.
