The Shreveport Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit is actively searching for a man who may have information related to a tragic shooting that occurred on June 29 at the Lifestyle Apartments. The incident claimed the life of Zauntravious Davis and left two others injured, including a two-year-old child.

Detectives are now seeking Marcus McKenzie Jr., who is believed to have information critical to the ongoing investigation. This was a heinous act of violence that has deeply impacted our community, and the Shreveport Police Department is committed to finding those responsible.
