
Shreveport Police Bust Two Vape Shops for Underage Drug Sales
Yesterday Shreveport Police Department's Narcotics Agents raided two vape shops and arrested three people following complaints from citizens that the stores were selling products to minors illegally.
The investigation launched after concerns expressed by members of the community that employees at Pro Smoke and Vape, and Jump Force Vape Shop, both on Mansfield Road had been selling marijuana products to underage kids.
The investigation revealed that the citizen's concerns were true. Both vape store employees sold to undercover agents illegal products.
· At Pro Smoke and Vape, two suspects were arrested:
o Joshua Arnold (17)
o Muhamed Mosid (19)
During the search, agents found approximately 676 grams of marijuana and $1,177 in cash.
· At Jump Force Vape Shop, one individual was arrested:
o Maged Ali Malahi
A search of that location yielded approximately 227 grams of marijuana and $691 in cash.
