Shreveport Police Investigating City’s Twelfth Homicide of 2023

On Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 5:13pm Shreveport Police Department was dispatched to the 2100 block of Miller Street near Oak Forest Lane in reference to a shooting.

Upon arrival SPD located a 70 yr old woman suffering from a gunshot wound. She was transported by SFD Medic to Oschner LSU Hospital. SPD also located a Male, Roy Delane Crew Jr., 38 deceased. Caddo Parish Coroner is now on scene.

SPD located multiple shell casings in the street and driveway of a residence along with a car that was shot up.

SPD is looking for a suspect possibly driving a Blue colored sedan.

This is Caddo Parish's 12th homicide of 2023.
