Shreveport Police Seek Two Suspects in April Shooting
The Shreveport Police Department's Violent Crimes Detectives are seeking the public's assistance in locating 19-year-old Laanthony Hobley. Hobley is wanted in connection with a shooting incident that occurred on April 17th in the 2700 block of Grassmere Street.
Following the incident, efforts by Detectives led to the apprehension of one suspect, 30-year-old Shuntara Wilson. Wilson has been arrested and is facing charges including one count of principal to attempted second-degree murder and one count of compounding a felony.
However, Laanthony Hobley remains at large. Further investigation has prompted officers to issue warrants for Hobley's arrest on charges of attempted second-degree murder, illegal use of a firearm, and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
The Shreveport Police Department urges anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Laanthony Hobley to come forward and assist law enforcement in ensuring public safety. He is considered armed and dangerous. Any information, no matter how small, could be crucial in bringing this individual to justice.
