Arrest Made in Shreveport Sexual Assault Case

Shreveport Police Department detectives launched an investigation on July 3, 2025, into a reported sexual assault. The victim in the case was an 11-year-old juvenile.

Following a thorough investigation by the Shreveport Police Department's Sex Crimes Unit, Mark Ishler was arrested on July 14, 2025. Ishler faces charges of one count of felony sexual battery and one count of indecent behavior with a juvenile.
