Caddo Deputies Arrest Man for Sexual Acts With Juveniles

The Caddo Parish Special Victims Unit have arrested a man following an investigation in to sex acts against two juveniles.

18 year-old Dustin Cates has been taken to jail after an investigation by CPSO's Special Victims Unit. The investigation revealed that Cates had sexually abused two juveniles for a year.

Cates was taken to the Caddo Correctional Center where he was booked on one count of first-degree rape, three counts of indecent behavior with juveniles, and one count of nonconsensual disclosure of a private image.
