One is Jamie Collins who is wanted after failing to register as a sex offender after being convicted of aggravated rape. Collis, according to SPD, has a history of non-compliance and has 4 prior convictions for failing to register.

The other is James Reagan, also wanted for failing to register as a sex offender. Just like Collins, Reagan was convicted of aggravated rape and is required to register as a sex offender for life. Reagan has on prior conviction for failing to register.

People who fail to register as sex offenders pose a significant risk to the public because Police don't know how to find them if they become a suspect in a case. Studies have proven time-and-again that sex offenders have a high probability of reoffending. SPD is looking for any information that will lead to these two being arrested.

From SPD:

"Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jamie Collins or James Reagan is urged to contact the Shreveport Police Department at (318) 673-7300 or Caddo Crime Stoppers at (318) 673-7373. Callers may remain anonymous."
