Shreveport Police Arrest Sex Offender Who Failed to Register

Shreveport Police have arrested a man who was wanted for failing to register as a sex offender.

Yesterday, Detectives with SPD found and arrested Tremaine Washington for failing to register as a sex offender. Tremaine is required to register with the Sex Offender Registration due to a conviction of carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

Louisiana state law requires sex offenders to register with law enforcement and keep information up to date.
