SHREVEPORT, LA-   Shreveport Police Department Removes Two Convicted Felons from the Streets

The Shreveport Police Department is committed to maintaining the safety and security of our community. In line with this commitment, detectives from the Shreveport Police Violent Crimes Abatement Team responded to a complaint of drug activity at the 3100 block of Knight Street apartment complex.

During the investigation, detectives apprehended two individuals: 27-year-old Ronald Robinson and 20-year-old Jaclemmie Crosby.

Both men, previously convicted felons, were found to be in possession of firearms and have been charged accordingly.  In addition to firearm possession, Ronald Robinson was charged with possession with intent to distribute a scheduled narcotic.

The Shreveport Police Department will continue to rigorously investigate all crimes, with a particular focus on those involving firearms, to ensure the safety and well-being of our citizens.
