On January 28th, 2023, Shreveport Police officers were called to an assault and battery call in the 5900 block of Linwood Avenue.  As officers arrived on the scene, they found the victim had been attacked by multiple suspects.

Shreveport Police Violent Crimes Detectives learned that the suspects followed the victim from one location to another in an attempt to harm her.  They eventually cornered the victim in a parking lot and assaulted her while trying to physically remove her from a vehicle she was sitting in.

As a result of this attack, the victim suffered moderate injuries, including facial fractures, broken bones, lacerations, and bruises.
