Shreveport Police Department Searching for Unregistered Sex Offenders

The Shreveport Police Department has issued warrants for the arrest of the following individuals who have failed to comply with sex offender registration requirements:

· Robert Huen was convicted of Simple Rape via the 32nd Judicial District Court in Docket #187721 in Houma, Louisiana. Huen was sentenced to 15 years in prison and has been released from the Department of Corrections. As a Tier 3 sex offender, Huen is required to register annually for the rest of his life (lifetime registry). He is currently wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender (3rd Offense).

· Emmanuel Dunn was convicted of Pornography Involving Juveniles via the First Judicial District Court in Caddo Parish in Docket #341771 on November 29, 2017. Dunn is classified as a Tier 2 sex offender and is required to register annually until December 26, 2044. He is currently wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

· Shontravious Rogers was convicted of Sexual Battery via the First Judicial District Court in Caddo Parish in Docket #325032 on October 19, 2015. Rogers is a Tier 1 sex offender and is required to register annually until July 16, 2034. He is currently wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

· Christopher White was convicted of Indecent Behavior with Juveniles via the 26th Judicial District Court in Bossier Parish, LA in Docket #182411. White was sentenced to two years. As a Tier 1 sex offender, White is required to register annually and pay a registration fee of $60.00 until July 27, 2027. He is currently wanted for Failure to register as a Sex Offender.
