SHREVEPORT, LA-   Man Wanted for Armed Robbery

On September 21, 2024, at approximately 0851 hours, Shreveport Police officers were dispatched to the 4900 block of Monkhouse Drive in reference to an armed robbery. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the store manager, who reported that a Black male entered the store and brandished a small handgun. The suspect demanded money from the register before fleeing the store on foot.

Violent Crimes detectives responded to the scene and reviewed the store's surveillance footage, which captured images of the suspect. Those images are now being released to the public in an effort to help identify the individual.
