State Police Called to Shreveport Officer Involved Shooting

Saturday evening on Yancy Place, Louisiana State Police were called-in by the Shreveport Police Department for an Officer-involved shooting.

LSP arrived on the scene of the shooting and found that one person had been shot, and was pronounced dead on the scene. No Officers were hurt during this incident.

State Police are working hard to ensure that every step is taken to make sure the full scope of the incident comes to light.
