Shreveport Police Investigating Early Morning Carjacking

Early Wednesday (7/31/24) morning Shreveport Police Department received a call concerning a carjacking. The call came in at 4:11am from the 3300 Block of Midway Avenue.

The victim reported that as he was parking at his place of employment, two masked individuals tapped on the vehicles window and pointed a revolver. The suspects then ordered the victim from the car, before driving it away.

The suspects were last seen driving the victim's beige colored 2010 Lincoln MKZ toward Jewella Avenue from Midway.

Police are currently investigating this carjacking and no further information is available at this time.
