Shreveport Man Arrested in Juvenile Molestation Case

In October 2023, Shreveport Police Sex Crimes Detectives initiated an investigation into a reported sexual assault of a juvenile. Following extensive efforts, detectives successfully obtained an arrest warrant for forty-two-year-old Jamie Davis in connection with the alleged molestation.

On January 27th, 2024, Shreveport Police arrested Jamie Davis for the outstanding warrant. The arrest underscores the commitment of law enforcement to protect the community, especially its most vulnerable members.

Davis is currently in custody and will face legal proceedings related to the charges of molestation of a juvenile. The Shreveport Police Department urges anyone with additional information regarding this case to come forward and assist in the ongoing investigation. The department commends the diligence and dedication of its Sex Crimes Detectives in swiftly addressing this matter.
