SHREVEPORT, LA- Shreveport man arrested for aggravated cruelty to Animals

On November 23, 2023, officers responded to an address in the 2800 block of Randolph Street in reference to a domestic dispute. Regrettably, upon arrival, officers discovered a scene where four dogs had been brutally killed. The dogs were described as puppies.

The subsequent investigation culminated in the arrest of 23-year-old Erwin Musgrove. Musgrove now faces four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals, reflecting the severity of the alleged offenses.

No other injuries were reported.
