Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Firearm

Shreveport Police have arrested 29-year-old Alexander Christian on charges of aggravated assault with a firearm. The arrest follows an incident that took place in the 1900 block of Patzman Street, where Christian is accused of threatening a man with a firearm during a dispute related to a firearm sale.

Patrol officers responded to the scene and successfully apprehended Christian without incident around 10 PM on November 5. He now faces charges for his actions during the altercation.

This arrest underscores the commitment of Shreveport Police officers to respond promptly and effectively to incidents involving threats to public safety.
