Shreveport Man Arrested for Lewd Behavior in a Local Business

This guy is behind bars for a pretty shocking and disgusting crime.

On Monday, SPD got a pretty disturbing call about a man in an East 70th Street business doing some pretty gross stuff.

On the phone, witnesses told Police that a man was following people around the store and basically masturbating AT them. Police showed up and were immediately saw the man still inside the business. They were able to get the guy in cuffs and out of the store, and transported him to the Sex Crimes Unit of SPD.

Cordine Parks was arrested and charged with three counts of obscenity and possession of marijuana.
