Shreveport Man Arrested for Lewd Acts Outside of Circle K

Shreveport Police have a man behind bars after he "pulled" a disgusting act outside of the Bert Kouns Industrial Loop Circle K.

Early Sunday morning, SPD was called out to the Bert Kouns Circle K to reports of a man engaging in a lewd solo-sex-act in public!

When Police showed up, they spoke with the store manager who told them that there was a man sitting outside of the business actively masturbating. Officers found the man outside. They immediately saw that his genitals were exposed, and the man, later identified as Michael Speed, continued to masturbate in front of the Police!

"The suspect was immediately taken into custody without incident, and charged with one count of Obscenity.

The Shreveport Police Department takes these types of offenses seriously. Lewd and indecent behavior in public will not be tolerated, and those who choose to engage in such conduct will be held accountable."
