Legal Charges and Prior Convictions
Following the arrest, Johnson was booked on the following charges:
- One count of Resisting an Officer
- One count of Obscenity
- One count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Due to a prior obscenity conviction in 2025, the current charge qualifies for enhanced legal penalties. If convicted, Johnson faces a potential sentence of up to three years in prison on the obscenity charge alone.

The Shreveport Police Department stated that this arrest underscores their ongoing commitment to addressing criminal behavior and quality-of-life concerns that impact local neighborhoods.
