Shreveport Police Seeking Identity Theft Suspect
Shreveport Police's Financial Crimes Task Force are actively seeking a man who used a false identity to obtain a credit card.
Back in July, Russell Hudson was caught on Best Buy's security cameras opening a credit card account using someone else's identity. After an investigation by SPD, they determined that Hudson maxed out the credit card leaving the victim to foot the bill.
The victim has no connection to Hudson, and would like to see him brought to justice to resolve the issue financially.
Investigators obtained a warrant charging Hudson with Identity Theft.
The Shreveport Police Department is asking anyone with information on Hudson’s whereabouts to call 318-673-7300. Those wishing to remain anonymous can contact Caddo Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373.
