The Shreveport Police Department are asking for the public’s help identifying a male subject involved in a pedestrian crash that happened last month.

On the Monday before Christmas, SPD responded to a report of a pedestrian being struck in a parking lot located on Shreveport-Barksdale Highway. When SPD got to the scene, they found out that the man believed to be involved had left the scene.

The subject is described as a white male, around 6 feet tall. At the time of the hit-and-run, he was wearing black jeans, a black T-shirt, and black sneakers with an orange accent around the tongue.

Shreveport Police are urging the public to come forward with any information that could lead to this man's identity and arrest.

"Investigators believe someone in the community may recognize this individual or have information that could help move this investigation forward.
