Shreveport Police Searching for Home Improvement Fraud Suspect

Detectives with SPD's Financial Crimes Task Force are on the lookout for a man who stole tens of thousands of dollars from a local homeowner.

Kameron Jackson has a warrant out for his arrest for home improvement fraud. SPD says that Jackson was under contract to work a construction project at a home in Shreveport, but failed to complete the project even after receiving a lot of money.

The victim has paid Jackson $47,700 in total. Even with that amount was paid the only part of the job that was completed was demolition. Jackson has not returned to the site or completed any more work.
